Evertrue by Brody Ashton a Book Review

Book Review
If you've been an early reader of my blog, then you know that I have loved the Everneath series by Brodi Ashton.  So I was thrilled to finally get my hands on a copy of the third and final installment of the series!

NOTE:  I never write spoiler reviews, however since this is a trilogy reading this review before reading the other two books, may turn out to be a spoiler for them.

Evertrue, picks up right where the last left off.  Nikki had just returned from saving Jack.  But in cliffhanger fashion Cole had also just left after stealing Nikki's heart.  Together and right from the beginning of this book, Nikki and Jack are in a race against time.  Literally, and it's Nikki's time that is running out.  After being tricked into to feed off of Cole in the Everliving and now Cole owning her heart.  She is in the beginning process of becoming an Everliving, and ever night she is forced to feed off of Cole, or she will die.
This doesn't sit well with her boyfriend Jack, because feeding off Cole basically means kissing or being near Cole's face each night.

This little twist throws a mix into the love triangle, which if you asked Nikki she wouldn't call it a triangle at all, as her true heart only belongs to Jack.  But it wouldn't be any fun if you didn't have that little mix into things.  Call me crazy, but I've always been a fan of Cole, I mean cocky, good looking bad boy...

Brody Ashton does mix things up quite a bit with this one, something happens to Cole that changes him.  For a good or bad way, well you'll have to read it and decide that yourself.  But I will say, it through an interesting spin on things and made the book really fast paced and definitely a quick read!

I loved each book in this series!  It doesn't always happen that I enjoy the final book in a trilogy, but I really did like this one.  It had a great ending, that actually ended it.  (For those who read other trilogies that you walk aways thinking, that was it... You'll know what I am talking about.)  Brody Ashton did a great job with the Everneath series, and I highly recommend these!
They are written in the Young Adult genre, but I'm an adult and I love them and I know many other adults who love them too.  For those who love something a tad darker, and something that is different than other books on the market.  You'll love this series!
