Seasons of Tomorrow by Cindy Woodsmall - A book review

Seasons of Tomorrow is the fourth and final book in the Amish Vines and Orchards series.  I have been waiting to read the ending to this series for a long time, and I am happy to say it lived up to what I hoped it would be and so much more!

This book picks up right where the last left off.  Rhoda and Samuel have finally discovered their love for each other.  Jacob has left Maine and has been healing his wounded heart and moving on.  Leah is still trying to figure out exactly who she is and if she wants to remain Amish, or leave the community and join the English.  We are introduced to a few new characters, and a few mentions of characters in the past come into play.

Like all of the books in this series, things in Maine are never easy.  Just when they think life has settled for them, and they are finally starting to get a hand up on their new life and new Orchard.  Life throws them for several more spins, that will test their friendships, love as well as themselves.

Although all the books have had little bits of romance between the different characters, the main romance in all the previous books was the love triangle between Rhoda, Samuel and Jacob.  Seasons of Tomorrow, gives us a fun change up on things, and we get more involved the the love between Leah and Landon.  Cindy Woodsmall, also takes us on a new adventure with Jacob, as he is mending his heart, and contemplating if he will ever be able to open it up to another again.

Filled with heartache and pains of the past and present.  Combined with hopes, dreams and promises of the future.  Seasons of Tomorrow brings us into an entirely new tide of circumstances and trials.  That will bring your heart right into the lives of the Orchard Bend Amish characters we have all grown to love.

If you are new to this series, and love a great Amish read.  I highly recommend The Amish Vines and Orchards Series.  It is the perfect mix of Amish and English, sorrow, love and dreams.  If your anything like me, you'll love getting brought into a different culture and you'll grow to love the different characters and story lines in the series!
